Personality: Very crazy, happy-go-lucky, and impulsive... hyper at times... many times... VERY ENCENTRIC.
Family: Brother (Hiro), Father and Mother.

Nice work, but the character seems a little stiff like its not a believeable person, i like the two tone eyes and the head structure is nice, but the neck is so STIFF seriously just try curving out of the jaw them back into the shoulders, BUT great work i really do like it

Yeah the neck always did look funny to me. I thought it was too long though (but I couldn't mess with it)
